Rafi Goldberg works to understand and address our nation's Internet and telecommunications policy challenges. Throughout his seven years of service at NTIA, Rafi has had the opportunity to tackle a wide range of issues, from bridging the digital divide to promoting balanced intellectual property policies. Rafi is a strong believer in data-driven policy analysis, and he seeks to further the state of Internet policy research through his leadership of NTIA's long-running Digital Nation series of surveys and reports on computer and Internet use in the United States.
